Changing a color video to black and white?

So I have a video ready for upload to YouTube, but I wanted to change to be in black and white right now is in color, and I wanted to know how could make black and white?

If you're on Windows, you can edit in Windows Movie Maker. Must be on the team and if you have Windows. If not, I think you need a video editor.
