What is the best baby sound or video monitor on the market today?

I really need a video monitor for my baby? Our rooms are upstairs, and I do most household chores on the first floor. Sound that the monitor is enough?

We have the "day and night handheld color video monitor "made by Summer Infant products Babies R Us for about $ 170. We have 3 floors and is large recpetion. Also Infrared light is so you can see your baby at night from elsewhere (as well as hear him / her). I highly recommend it!
