YES thousand TIMES. I had a normal control, 2 weeks beforebaby born, I just going to run into this on eBay. OMG I had to have, and still do. My son is 5 months old, who still use this every single night, and certainly saved my sanity! Please note, my son also sleeps on his stomach and pushes all pretty, I've had about 7 times the alarm has gone in the middle of the night, cuz you quickly … but there were a couple of times, was in place Stil, sleeping peacefully – so do not know if it was only mchine make a chance, or perhaps when the alarm rang, it startled him breathe again? yikes. GET IT, its the same price as most others! Oh, to add on what others say about the quality of actual sound of the screen, some nights w / us are fine, others are terrible .. I'm not sure if you have something to do with other electronics running in our house or what. but regardless, although quite low, or hear baby discomfort. I'm not sure why someone would say U do not need it if the baby is in your room? – Will you hear your baby stop breathing? – We put our son in his crib for a couple of weeks, and is SOOO hard to sleep. Once he was in the crib, where your monitor has been suddnely few hours good.
